We seek opportunities with the following characteristics:

• Size: We invest £2m - £10m of equity in companies with an enterprise value of between £5m - £30m.
• Geography: Each business should be UK based but can have a European / international focus.
• Sector: We operate across most industries and sectors.
• Stage: Each business must generate operating profits and cash. However, we recognize that companies go through periods when they face challenges in achieving their potential, or have a particular issue such as management succession, pension funding or environmental considerations. Our experience enables to us to work with such businesses as well.
• Shareholding: We acquire both majority and minority investments.
• Investment horizon: Our typical investment horizon is three to five years.
